To open an account on euro2020, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• Each person is allowed only one account — multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details may result in account termination at any time.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Any unauthorized access must be reported to euro2020 Support immediately.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

Euro2020 currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• Deposit limit: Limits vary by payment method — up to ৳5,00,000 for Mobile Pay.
• Processing Time: Usually 1–5 minutes. Delays may occur in rare cases due to gateway issues.
• Transaction Fee: euro2020 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Your balance will be updated automatically once the deposit is confirmed.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

Euro2020 offers a variety of bonus promotions, each with its own specific terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Get up to 150% bonus on your first deposit. This offer is available once only.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times — typically between 10x and 30x.
• Bonus validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Bonuses not used within the specified timeframe will be forfeited.
• Euro2020 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in the relevant account being terminated.

Withdrawing funds from euro2020 is straightforward, but a few conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Euro2020 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• Euro2020 charges no fees on withdrawals.

When betting on euro2020, certain general rules apply across all sports:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except via Live Cashout).
• If incorrect odds are published due to a system error, euro2020 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets will be settled according to euro2020's own rules.
• Accounts suspected of coordinated betting or match-fixing will be investigated.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳100.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Registering with incorrect or false information.
• Using an account on behalf of a minor, or for the benefit of a minor.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any euro2020 system.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting Support. Any available balance will be returned.

Any dispute between euro2020 and a user will first be addressed through our support channels.

• After a complaint is submitted, euro2020 will provide an initial response within 5 business days.
• A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within 30 days.
• If you disagree with a decision made by euro2020, independent mediation is available.
